An amendment comprised of several amendments en bloc to require that area and state agencies on aging consider Indian populations when developing area and state plans; to require the Labor Department to earmark funds for a national Indian agency to operate a nationwide employment service; to create an interagency task force to coordinate services for older Indians; and to require that grants and contracts for education, training, and centers of gerontology be equitably awarded to institutions representing minorities.
