An amendment to direct the Secretary to transmit a report by March 1, 1988 to the Committees on Armed Services of both the House and Senate containing-- ? (1) a cost estimate for the construction of the medical facility at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, with space for 450 beds; ? (2) a cost estimate for construction of such a facility with space for 200 beds, as well as a cost estimate for the transfer of services from Brooke Center to Wilford Hall Air Force Hospital; and ? (3) a cost estimate for the expansion of such medical facility from 200 to 450 beds.
