- An amendment to set the price for honey for each of the 1991 through 1995 crops at 53.8 cents per pound and to reduce the loan forfeiture limitation from a threshold of $250,000 in existing law to $200,000 in crop year 1991; $167,000 in crop year 1992; $133,000 in crop year 1993; and $100,000 in crop year 1994.
