- Purpose
- An en bloc amendment consisting of several amendments which would reduce the total amount appropriated in the bill by $26.1 million by cutting various accounts in the bill. The reductions bring the total funding into compliance with the new 302(b) budget allocations required by the revised conference report on the Budget Resolution (H. Con. Res. 310). Under the rule, the amendment, if adopted, would become original text for the purpose of further amendment.
