- Purpose
- An amendment authorizing funds appropriated in the bill to be used for assistance to the noncommunist Cambodian resistance forces, provided such assistance be limited to nonlethal assistance and such assistance conform to the provisions of section 906 of the International Security and Development Cooperation Act (relating to the prohibition on assistance to the Khmer Rouge). The amendment specifies that funds made available for such assistance shall not be used for intelligence sharing or intelligence collection.
