- Purpose
- An amendment to delete the provision in the bill which establishes a time schedule for completion of an environmental impact statement, and expedited judicial review provisions related to a proposed Early Winters Alpine Sports Site in the State of Washington. The amendment would not eliminate the $500,000 appropriated in the bill for the study.
