Purpose
An en bloc amendment consisting of several amendments which would prohibit the National Endowment for the Arts from funding project, production, workshop or program that denigrates the beliefs or objects of a particular religion; or denigrates an individual on the basis of race, sex, handicap, or national origin. The amendments woud also prohibit NEA subsidies for works that desecrate the U.S. flag or contain any part of a human embryo or fetus.
