At the end of part D of title II (page 40, after line 23), insert the following new section: \ SEC. 233. REDUCTION IN FUNDING FOR ICBM MODERNIZATION PROGRAM. \ The amount provided in section 201 for the Air Force is hereby reduced by $200,000,000, to be derived from the ICBM modernization program.
