- An amendment to exempt certain agricultural lands from the wetland provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, provided such land has been in agricultural production on any calendar date in the 24 months prior to the date of enactment of the amendment, and further provided that such land was used for agricultural production for at least one year between January 1, 1972 and the date of enactment of the amendment.
