Purpose
An amendment comprised of several amendments offered en bloc to: require the USDA to include irrigated and/or irrigable land in any emergency haying and grazing program authorized on land set aside under an acreage reduction program for cotton; to require the USDA to provide disaster payments to cotton producers who are prevented from planting their crops, or whose crop yields are reduced below a certain level, as a result of the adjudication of Indian water rights disputes; and, to make technical and conforming changes and corrections in the bill.
