At the end of subtitle A of title XI, insert the following new section: \ SEC. 1121. SENSE OF THE CONGRESS. \ It is the sense of the Congress that any future reduction in spending provided by any budget reconciliation bill that affects agricultural commodity support programs should be made by Congress on a targeted basis to protect the support prices for the amount of commodities produced by family-sized farms. \ Redesignate the suceeding section accordingly.

- An amendment expressing that it is the sense of Congress that any future spending cuts in farm commodity support programs required as a part of future budget reconciliation should be made on a targeted basis to protect support prices for commodities produced by family farms. Budgetary savings, to the extent possible, should be achieved through reduced support prices for the largest farms.
