Amendment originally sought to reduce the honey price support loan rate from 53.8 to 51.3 cents per pound for 1991, and to reduce the loan rate by 5 percent in each of the next four years. \ As amended by the Stenholm substitute amendment (A029), the honey price support loan rate for the crop years 1991-1995 was set at 53.8 cents per pound. It limited the amount each honey producer could receive under the program to $200,000 in 1991 with yearly reductions to reach a limit of $100,000 in 1994.
