Purpose
An amendment to replace the existing title in the bill with regard to Acquistion Work Force and which would create separate "acquisition work forces" within each division (military department and defense agency) of DOD. These work forces, to consist of both military and civilian personnel, would raise qualification standards by creating special acquisition education and training programs in order to professionalize such programs.
