- Amendment sought to make changes in the operation of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation.
- Purpose
- An amendment to provide for new guidelines for secondary market agricultural mortgages. Not later than the expiration of the 180-day waiting period beginning on the date of implementation of regulations by the Secretary, the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation shall issue such guidelines and procedures as may be necessary to aid implementation of said regulations.
