- Purpose
- An amendment to reduce the authorization for the Market Promotion Program to $110 million (compared to $200 million in the bill); specify that no trade organization may receive assistance to promote the same product in the same country for more than five years; and, to require USDA to combine the MPP program with the Foreign Agriculture Service market development program by the beginning of FY 1995.
