Amendments en bloc: 1) provided for a minimum loan rate for corn of $1.76 per bushel unless such rate exceeded 80 percent of the five year average market price determination; 2) required the USDA to include irrigated and or irrigable land in any emergency haying and grazing program authorized on land set aside under an acreage reduction program for corn; and 3) required the USDA to provide disaster payments to corn producers who were prevented from planting their crops, or whose crop yields were reduced below a certain level, as a result of the adjudication of Indian water rights disputes.
