- Purpose
- An amendment restricting ownership of patentable technology developed through joint ventures in the Advance Technology Program to companies incorporated in the United States or Canada. Titles for new technologies developed under the program could not be sold for 17 years. The amendment applies only to new patentable technology and not technology that would be copyrighted.
