- Amendment sought to limit to one year the authorization of funds for the Buffalo Bill Dam in Wyoming if Wyoming did not establish appropriate requirements for the release of water from the dam for the protection of fisheries, riparian habitat, and recreational uses in the Shoshone River.
- Purpose
- An amendment to provide that the additional funds authorized in the bill for modifications to the Buffalo Bill Dam would be de-authorized one year after enactment if the State of Wyoming has not established appropriate requirements for the release of water from the dam which will protect fisheries, the river habitat, and recreational uses of the Shoshone River downstream from the dam.
