- An amendment to change the provisions of the bill regarding the circumstances for obtaining a jury trial in price fixing litigation. The amendment would require a plaintiff to show evidence of a conspiracy to fix prices and that price was the major factor for the termination of a supply contract between a supplier and a retailer before a jury trial could be obtained.
