- Purpose
- An amendment to allow Mr. Dickinson to offer two amendments to H.R. 2461, relating to F-14 aircraft and to V-22 aircraft, in lieu of the amendment numbered 25 now printed in part two of the report of the Committee on Rules. Said amendments are to be considered in part one of the report, are debatable for twenty minutes each and are not subject to further amendment.
