- Purpose
- An amendment to specify that the deficit increase resulting from repeal or modification of the Catastrophic Coverage Act shall be counted for purposes of determining compliance with the Gramm-Rudman deficit ceilings. This amendment is being offered pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 249 and due to the acceptance by the Committee of the Whole of the Donnelly amendment.
