- Purpose
- An amendment comprised of two amendments offered en bloc to modify the provision of the bill regarding the pay rating of the Director of the National Space Council Committee by limiting such pay rating to not higher than GS-15, and to delete Section 23 of the bill which would have required NASA to maintain, modify, upgrade, and expand facilities designated as National Landmarks under the National Historic Preservation Act.
