At the end of part A of title II (page 48, after line 17) insert the following new section: \ SEC. 208. DENIAL OF FUNDING FOR SMALL ICBM PROGRAM. \ The Amount provided in section 201 for the Air Force is hereby reduced by 100,000,000. None of the amount provided in section 201 for the Air Force is available for the Small ICBM Program.
