- Purpose
- An amendment to terminate both the MX rail-garrison and the Midgetman missile programs by eliminating the authorizations of $1 billion for the MX program and $100 million for the Midgetman program. The amendment would prohibit the expenditure of any funds for either program, except for contract termination costs.
