Amendment required the Defense Department to annually publish in the Federal Register a report with respect to research conducted under the Biological Defense Research Program to include: (1) a list of each unclassified biological agent used; (2) the biological properties of each unclassified agent; (3) the location at which biological research is conducted, and the amount of funds expended at each facility; and (4) the biosafety used in conducting the research.
