Purpose
An en bloc amendment consisting of several amendments to: clarify the authority granted in the bill with respect to existing law and make technical amendments to a previously adopted en bloc amendment; condemn Chinese assistance to the Kmer Rouge; express the sense of Congress that the U.S. give the highest national priority to accounting for Americans still missing in Southeast Asia; provide that $2 million of funds made available in the bill for development assistance shall be used for humanitarian assistance for displaced Burmese students on the Thai-Burma border.
