- Purpose
- An en bloc amendment specifying that the provisions of the bill prohibiting U.S. assistance to any country which engages in or provides assistance to any group engaged in insurgency operations against the government of Nicaragua do not apply to assistance provided by a country for the reintegration or relocation of Contra forces, consistent with the Bipartisan Accord on Central America.
