- To permit organizations in D.C. to exclude any person who has been convicted of a sex offense with a child or who based on his conduct otherwise poses a threat of engaging in sex with a minor or otherwise sexually abusing a minor, and to exclude a person in a program from working with a child if the parent or guardian of that child objects to that person's sexual orientation.
