- To provide that the Secretary of the Army release to the State of Minnesota the reversionary interest of the U.S. over certain lands, conveyed from the U.S. to the State of Minnesota in the quitclaim deed dated August 17, 1971, and shall also release the State of Minnesota from all covenants and agreements contained in the said quitclaim deed.
