An amendment to remove the stipulation contained in the Hansen amendment which requires the Advanced Solid Rocket Motor to be available prior to the sixth space station assembly mission in order to merit continued authorization of funds. Both the Hansen and Brown amendments provide for funding of the Advanced Solid Rocket Motor within certain parameters.
