- An amendment the Consumer Product Safety Commission to comply with the provisions of the Buy American Act.
- Purpose
- Amendment as modified: (1) requires the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to comply with the provisions of the Buy American Act; (2) requires the CPSC to report to Congress on foreign entity procurement made with funds provided under the bill; and (3) prohibits the CPSC from awarding contracts to persons determined to have falsely labelled products as "Made in America".
