An amendment enbloc comprised of two amendments offered by Messrs. Gordon and Engel to prohibit funds in the Act from being used in contravention of section 303 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and to prohibit funds made available by the Act from being used in contravention of the Federal buildings performance and reporting requirements of Executive Order 13123, part 3 of title V of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act or subtitle A of title I of the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
