An amendment consisting of several amendments offered en bloc to reduce the appropriations in the bill for selected administrative accounts by $26 million, freezing those accounts at FY 1992 funding levels. The reductions would affect sundry expenditures such as building repairs and improvements, systems modernizations, purchase of maintenance uniforms, entertainment expenses, etc. within the Department of the Treasury, the White House, the Office of the Vice President, and various governmental agencies within the purview of the bill.
