Purpose
Amendments en bloc provide that the California Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service shall jointly establish the inflows needed to meet the objective of doubling migratory fish populations by the year 2002; give the Secretary of the Interior discretionary authority to supplement those flows as needed; and restructure the Fish and Wildlife Advisory Committee established in the bill.
