An amendment directing the Secretary of the Department of Energy, with the concurrence of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to establish and carry out a program for the identification and continuing medical evaluation of current and former employees of the Department of Energy who are or have been subjected to significant health risks as a result of exposure to hazardous or radioactive substances during their employment.
