A substitute amendment to the Stenholm amendment which would require the disclosure of a plaintiff's name of a legal services attorney prior to court action, but after pretrial negotiations. Disclosure of plaintiff's names could, in certain circumstances, be withheld trial proceedings, but only with the approval of the court of jurisdiction.
