- An amendment to disqualify institutions of higher education from the Pell Grant program if said institutions have been deemed to be ineligible for student loans.
- Purpose
- Amendment disqualifies an institution of higher education from participating in the Pell Grant program if it has been ruled ineligible for other student loan programs. \ As amended by the Coleman (MO) amendment (A029), language was deleted which provided that the above disqualification not cover institutions where a majority of undergraduate programs lead to an associate or baccalaureate degree.
