Amendment109th Congress
At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE VIII--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 801. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to fund the administration and operation of the United Nations Human Rights Council while countries designated as state sponsors of terrorism by the Secretary of State are members of the Council.
