An amendment comprised of several amendments offered en bloc, and made in order by H. Res. 166, to increase funds for VA medical care by $33 million. In order to offset this increase, funds are cut from EPA Superfund in the amount of $20 million; the salaries and expenses accounts of HUD and EPA in the amount of $6 million each; and, salaries and expenses of NSF in the amount of $1 million.
