An amendment to codify into law a recent Interior Department decision to make a substantial increase in the water supply of the Trinity River Basin fishery in California. The Department would be required to provide a minimum of 340,000 acre-feet of water to the fishery each year through 1996. Water flow requirements thereafter would be established on the basis of recommendations of study to be conducted by the Department of the Interior.
