- An amendment to eliminate the provisions in the bill authorizing aid to Jordan in FY 1992.
- Purpose
- Amendment originally sought to prohibit any foreign assistance to Jordan. \ As amended by the Volkmer substitute amendment (A023), as amended, foreign military financing assistance for Jordan was prohibited in fiscal years 1992 or 1993 unless the President certified that it was in the national interest to provide such assistance or that certain conditions contained in the Miller (WA) amendment (A025) are met.
