An amendment to provide that no element of the U.S. Government for which funds are authorized by this act, may provide any classified information concerning or derived from the intelligence or intelligence related activities of any such element to a Member or employee of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence unless and until a copy of an oath of secrecy (which is set out in the text of this amendment) signed by that Member or employee, as the case may be, has been published in the Congressional Record.
