- To provide through an election process, Alaska Native Corporations standing to pursue all administrative and litigation rights with regard to Internal Revenue Service determinations concerning the sale of net operating losses pursuant to current law and to offset revenue losses associated with this amendment by increasing the interest rate on tax deficiencies for cases in which such an election has been made.
