At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE VIII--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 801. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for business class or first class airline travel by employees of the Department of State in contravention of 41 CFR 301-10.122 through 301-10.124.
