At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? SEC. __. None of the funds made available in the Act may be used to reimburse L.B.& B. Associates, Inc. or Olgoonik Logistics, LLC (or both) for attorneys fees related to pending litigation against Local 30 of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
