At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE X--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 10001. None of the funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended for the development, deployment, or operation of the web-based, end-to-end travel management system of the Department of Defense known as the Defense Travel System.
