- Purpose
- An amendment to the Bereuter amendment to return the $30 million in funds allocated for Vietnamese refugee to the general refugee fund, but the amendment would stipulate that no funds may be used to forcibly repatriate any refugees and permits the admission and resettlement of Vietnamese, Laotian, and Cambodian refugees within the numerical limitations provided by law.
