Amendment105th Congress
Amendment provides that no Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate may receive amounts from the Presidential Election Campaign Fund unless the candidate certifies that the candidate shall not solicit any funds for the purpose of influencing such election, including any funds used for an independent expenditure, unless the funds are subject to the limitations, prohibitions and reporting requirements under the law.
