- Purpose
- An amendment to prohibit any of the funds appropriated in the bill from being used for the construction of the Animas-La Plata Project in Colorado and New Mexico, except for activies required to comply with the appicable provisions of current law; and continuation of activities pursuant to the Colorado Ute Indian Water Rights settlement Act of 1988 (P.L. 100-585).
