- An amendment to direct the Inspector General of the CIA to conduct a review to determine what knowledge the CIA had about the presence or use of chemical weapons in the Persian Gulf Theater during the course of the Persian Gulf War and to submit a report of the findings to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
